Information about the changes to the Tiger Cub Program are now on the web on
the Virtual Cub Leaders Handbook at http://www.geocities.com/~pack215/tiger.html
and at http://usscouts.org/usscouts/advance/cubscout/cstiger.html. Tiger is now a rank so
Cub Scout ranks are now Tiger, Bobcat, Wolf, Bear, Webelos and Arrow of
Light.
There are also some uniform changes that go along with this such as the Tiger
rank 
is at the bottom of the diamond of the blue shirt where the Webelos rank
has been. There is is a new Webelos rank badge which
is worn by itself (the diamond containing the 4 ranks and all arrow points are
removed). During this transition, those Webelos who have the diamond rank badge
may continue to wear that one on their blue uniform shirt or they may wear the new rank
badge on their khaki shirt. Those in the
tiger den will wear the new rank badge when they become Webelos.
